WHAT IS THE WALKING DEAD?
The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror drama television series developed by Frank Darabont, based on the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. The series features a large ensemble cast as survivors of a zombie apocalypse trying to stay alive under near-constant threat of attacks from zombies known as "walkers". HOW'D YOU FIND IT?
i started watching twd in around march of 2024, but i watched the first 3 episodes in around november 2023 (i think) and then stopped watching cuz i was busy. but around march my sister was watching one of the spin offs (the ones who live), then i started watching it again with my sister and now its the hyperfixation of the month(s)..
WHY DO YOU LIKE IT?
there are a plethora of reasons i love the walking dead, one of the top ones being the characters of course and the story arcs the characters go through. i find the struggle between trying to still be human in an apocalypse but also trying your hardest to survive not only walkers but insane people incredibly interesting. a lot of characters do insane things to not only survive but also to protect the people they love, some characters are too far gone and some characters are still human.
